Class Descriptions

Bootcamps range from 30 min to 55 min in length and are planned strategically for maximum calorie burn in a short amount of time.

Total Body: During our Just Go Lift Total Body Bootcamp your entire body will be sweating from head to toe. You will begin with a dynamic warm up to help loosen up the muscles and get your blood flowing. These classes range from a tabata style workout to high intensity interval training (hiit) guaranteed to target every muscle in your body. You may encounter animal style movements like the bear crawl to burpees, rollout squats, etc.. These classes are guaranteed to move you closer to your performance goals and achieve that desired physique you’ve always wanted. They will help build cardiovascular endurance, shred fat, and sculpt your muscles.

Upper Body: Our Just Go Lift Upper Body Bootcamps are exactly like they sound! They focus on building strength and endurance in the upper portion of your body including shoulders, arms, back, chest and core.  You can expect to see pull ups, push ups, planks, and other various exercises that utilize your body weight and/or equipment to help build and sculpt your upper body as well as shred fat.

Lower Body: Just Go Lift Lower Body Bootcamps focus on one of the most important parts of your body…your legs!!! Legs are one of the most neglected parts of the body and yet they hold us up everyday! It’s time to show them some love by making them leaner and stronger! These workouts will focus on the various muscles groups within your legs through various exercises.

OCR Bootcamp: During our Just Go Lift OCR Bootcamp your entire body will be sweating from head to toe. This class is geared toward helping improve your grip strength, obstacle proficiency, strength and cardio endurance. You will begin with a dynamic warm up to help loosen up the muscles and get your blood flowing. These classes range from a tabata style workout to a mini circuit. You may encounter animal style movements, rope climbs, spear throws, tire flips, etc.. These classes are guaranteed to move you closer to your obstacle performance goals and achieve that desired physique you’ve always wanted.

Please register a minimum of 2 hours in advance otherwise class is subject to cancellation.
