Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) Program

Just Go Lift has worked closely with a certified Command Fitness Leader (CFL) to develop a program that will help you exceed all requirements of the Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA). This program has been designed to insure that all Active Component (AC) and Reserve Component (RC) Personal maintain a level of physical fitness required to support overall mission readiness.

Body Composition Assessment (BCA)

We focus on Body Composition Assessment (BCA) with a state of the art infrared scanner that will track your weight, measurements and body fat percentage. All data from scans will be emailed to you for your personal records as well as provide us with a great way to track your progress so that when the time comes you can confidently met Navy BCA standards.

Physical Readiness Test (PRT) and Mock PRTs

To improve your Physical Readiness Test (PRT) scores, we offer a Mock PRTs to establish baseline numbers. The program will assist AC and RC Personnel to confidently perform a PRT at a moment’s notice. We will provide you with three fifty minute workouts weekly and a place to perform strength training exercises at a minimum of twice per week to work all major muscles groups.
