Just Go Lift seeks to recreate the feelings evoked during (OCR: Obstacle Course Racing) race day—excitement, unstoppable, determined, alive, and just on fire—on an everyday basis.
Just Go Lift strives to help members achieve their personal goals; Whether you are an OCR Athlete looking to build muscle, conquer the rope climb, annihilate the rig or a newbie in the fitness community looking to lose weight, create a balanced meal plan, or just plain kick butt at life, we are here to help!

We offer Open Gym and Just Go Lift Bootcamps throughout the week to help motivate and drive you toward your fitness goals! Our Bootcamps are broken up into different focus areas (Ex. Lower body, Total Body, OCR, etc…) so that you can operate at optimal performance levels in life. Just Go Lift Bootcamps are capped at a maximum of 16 people per class to provide a more intimate experience and to make sure all participants get the attention they deserve! Bootcamps range from 40 min to 55 min and are designed to boost your metabolism, shred fat, build your endurance and gain strength in a strategic and efficient manner.
