Beginner 3 hour Acro Yoga Seminar
Saturday, May 26 at 10 AM – 1 PM PDT

We will have a short warm up and intro on acro-etiquette, then your education will begin. All poses will be demonstrated and broken down for bases, flyers, and spotters.
By the end of class you will learn:
-how to base, fly and spot foundational postures
-how to access stability when basing and flying through bone stacking and core engagement
-how to spot correctly for each posture and cultivate a safe space to grow within
-how to communicate effectively and build trust with your partners
-how to connect learned foundational postures into a final flow
The key to building a strong practice is having a strong foundation to build upon. Come find that foundation with us!
No partner necessary as we will be working in groups of 3+. Bring a yoga mat or something soft to lay on. If you’re lacking in hamstring flexibility bring a towel to roll up for a bolster. Bring a snack to keep energy up.
